Job Description
Sanajiksanut is a program to increase Inuit workforce in AEM's Nunavut operations by developing skills and competencies of the Inuit population in the Kivalliq region. The program involves employment information sessions, online applications, pre-employment training, and employment. The successful candidate will assist in the supply of materials, transportation of core boxes, and maintain a clean and safe work environment, while respecting health and safety methods and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team
- Good physical ability and stamina
- Ability to work in an isolated environment with extreme weather conditions over long periods of time
- Comfortable and motivated in a production job
- Effective communication in English (oral and written)
