As Agora's AI Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative and conversational AI solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience in leading products supporting live streaming and B2B video
- 2+ years of experience leading product management for successful AI products
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer working on AI-based applications using Python and Golang
- Deep technical proficiency and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), voice, video, speech-to-text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- Must possess strong technical and business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven track record in defining, delivering, and driving market-leading products throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience in defining key performance metrics that drive business intelligence and enable informed decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor, grow, and develop junior product managers
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and AI regulations to ensure compliance in product development
- Experience as a co-founder and working in a startup environment (strongly preferred)
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin
