Job Description
AGRA Industries is seeking a Construction Millwright Foreman to lead a team of millwrights on a team-based, manufacturing-focused work site in Merrill, Wisconsin. The role involves ensuring jobsite safety, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to project goals. The position requires frequent travel and involves all aspects of millwright operations, from installation to repair.
Requirements
- Reads blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Welds structural steel and machine components.
- Installs compressors, dryers, and burners.
- Installs elevator legs and dust systems.
- Repairs and lubricates machinery and equipment.
- Maintains machinery and equipment.
- Supervises millwrights.
- Able to develop and plan sequence of operations.
