Parts Manager

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department and maximize return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, management, and parts sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership.

Requirements

• Leads the Parts Department to achieve parts metrics and goals
• Collaborates with the Director of Aftermarket to make decisions in the best interest of the Parts Department
• Works with the Store Manager to hire, lead and motivate, develop, and evaluate Parts Department personnel
• Monitors parts sales to assure achievement of budgeted sales and profit goals
• Helps develop and implement a twelve-month continuous parts promotion and advertising program
