Technical Recruiter (US Hiring) | Hybrid

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to source top candidates, manage pipelines, and coordinate interviews for IT roles. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment for the U.S. market
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (cloud, DevOps, software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean/x-ray search, and creative outreach methods
