Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Perception

Agtonomy is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to build and refine perception algorithms for autonomous tractors. The role involves developing computer vision and machine learning systems for real-time perception, including object detection, segmentation, and scene understanding. The engineer will work closely with other team members, designing and optimizing models for low-latency inference, and analyzing performance metrics to improve the accuracy and efficiency of perception subsystems.

Requirements

• MS, PhD, or 5+ years of industry experience in vision-based perception systems.
• Deep expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly for perception tasks.
• Strong understanding of integrating data from multiple sensors (camera, LiDAR, radar).
• Fluency in Python and experience with ML/CV frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
