Senior Windows Engineer

AHEAD is searching for a Sr. System Engineer to be a part of our Managed Services team. This position will report to and receive direction from the POD Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, customer-focused, an effective communicator, self-initiating, and can perform most tasks without direct oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in supporting Windows in an enterprise environment
• Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy, AD Replication Troubleshooting, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication, Advanced Troubleshooting Skills)
• Must have an experience with SQL.
• Windows Server Administration - (DNS, DHCP, Windows Server related advanced troubleshooting, Patching related troubleshooting)
• Microsoft OS or other related training and certification required (MCSA, MCSE)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
• Entra ID Knowledge
• Experience in PowerShell and the ability to create and utilize scripts preferred
• Strong SCCM knowledge is required
• Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus
