Clinical Shift Manager

The Clinical Shift Manager will assist the Director with the coordination of the unit functions, demonstrate adequate leadership skills, and provide quality care to assigned patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 1 year supervisory experience
• One year acute care experience
• Current RN license in the state of California
• Current BLS, ACLS
• Specialty certificate preferred
• Proficient in both written and oral English
• Spanish speaking preferred
