STAFF NURSE I

Staff Nurse I responsible for patient care in Geriatric Behavioral Health, requires communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of psychiatric nursing processes and medication administration.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN degree preferred
• Training and experience in psychiatric nursing, geriatics or dementia care preferred
• Current California RN licenses required
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Completion of a validated crisis prevention and intervention training
