Ahola Transport is seeking a committed and business-driven Trafficantansvarig & Teamledare for egna chaufförer (Carrier Responsible & Team Leader for Own Drivers) to our office in Nådendal. The role involves operational responsibility for assigned traffic operators and our own drivers, leadership, and development of the team.

Requirements

• Strong communication and social skills
• Good knowledge of the transport industry, including vehicle technology and equipment
• Ability to interpret legislation and collective agreements
• Proactive, structured, and analytical skills
• Good leadership skills and experience working in a team
• Fluent Finnish language skills, with good knowledge of English, and knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
