Job Description
Provides ongoing support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities in a Community Living Services program, ensuring a high quality of life and promoting independence and engagement in daily routines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid NYS drivers' license and qualified driver status
- Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information
- Physical ability to lift and transfer individuals
