We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our founding team in Dubai, who will operate as a strategic partner to the founders, helping them stay focused on high-impact decisions while ensuring operations, communication, and priorities run seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting founders or senior executives
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- Highly comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Confident interacting with senior leaders, clients, and partners
