Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, startup leadership, agency environments, consulting, SaaS, or high-growth businesses
• Proven track record building operational systems from zero
• Demonstrated experience scaling teams and driving measurable operational outcomes
• Former agency owners, startup operators, or founder right-hand leaders preferred
