As a Software Development Team Lead, manage the software developer team in completing internal and external projects, designing solutions, and directing work and priorities. Ensure high-quality, stable solutions that are easily deployable, user-friendly, and scalable.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional technical squad
- Oversee technical decision-making within the squad
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
- Monitor and report on squad performance
- Represent the squad in technical discussions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad
- Enforce SSHE policies and environmental compliance in all working areas
