The Project Engineer supports the planning and execution of project activities, coordinating between technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of subsea IRM project scopes as well as smooth communication between disciplines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in oil and gas, subsea, or engineering industries
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural) or a related field
- Experience with project engineering tools and documentation control
- Experience working in high-reliability or safety-critical environments, preferably offshore or subsea systems
- In-depth knowledge of subsea structures, ROV systems, and marine construction methodologies
- Working knowledge of subsea tools or inspection campaigns
- Familiarity with marine operations, inspection technologies, or ROV systems
- Proficient in MS Office, document control systems, and basic project planning tools
- Strong documentation and interface management capabilities
- Proficient in engineering tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar) and technical standards (DNV, API, ISO)
- Strong problem-solving skills during incidents or when implementing new technologies
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
