Project Manager, Philanthropy

The Art Institute of Chicago is seeking a Project Manager, Philanthropy to support the museum's major gift activity with top donor families. The project manager will maintain accurate donor credit listings, design and support operational processes, and assist with donor strategy, stewardship, and database record upkeep.

Requirements

• Assist the Major Gifts and Planned Giving teams with portfolio management
• Maintain workflow tools and prepare contact reports
• Manage recurring and ad hoc projects to advance donor cultivation and stewardship
• Act as office manager and oversee office supply and donor gift inventory
• Provide administrative support for the Buckingham Society
• Manage estate records and represent the museum in external activities
