Job Description
AiCuris is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their FP&A team. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, contributing to the company's financial soundness and strategic goals. The position also requires process documentation and system improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an economics-related degree or training with financial planning focus.
- First professional experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sector (plus).
- Strong number skills and analytical abilities.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Very good MS-Office (MS-Excel) skills.
- Good German and English skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
