aiLegal is seeking a high-performing, detail-driven Immigration Attorney to manage complex business and employment-based immigration matters in a fast-paced, AI-powered law firm.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA credited U.S. law school, active license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience (investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration focus)
• Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, and DOS immigration procedures
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools
• Excellent communication skills
