I-485 Remote Business Immigration Attorney

We are seeking US Immigration Attorneys to prepare and file I-485 applications to help clients register for permanent residence or adjustment of status. This role is complex, involving working with diverse clients, dealing with complex visa types, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of US immigration law.

Requirements

• Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
• Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases, including drafting petitions with in-depth knowledge of application requirements.
• Manage various projects and deadlines, and prepare and revise documents.
• Explain legal terminology to clients.
• Research legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on legislative changes affecting immigration.
