Job Description
Aily Labs, a rapidly growing startup, is hiring a Head of Strategic Finance & AI Analytics to build an AI-native finance organization. The role involves planning, forecasting, and performance management, as well as building AI-augmented engines and automated dashboards.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech
- Exceptional modelling and analytical ability
- Strong AI fluency: LLMs, automation tools, analytical platforms, workflow orchestration
- Passion for building — not maintaining — finance processes
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data, clarity, and conviction
- Comfortable operating in high velocity, high ambiguity, high ambition environments
