Requirements

• Master's degree in (business) engineering, business informatics, business mathematics, economics, or a comparable field of study with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, particularly in Supply Chain Management or in industry in relevant Supply Chain roles.
• Experience in leading projects in the area of process design and/or implementation of IT solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of developing Supply Chain processes, digitalization concepts, planning, and reporting solutions.
• Affinity for new technologies and digital solutions, such as machine learning, mathematical modeling, and the use of Supply Chain data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high motivation, and willingness to learn.
• 'Hands-on' mentality combined with enjoyment of teamwork and project work with customers.
• Negotiation-secure German and English skills in writing and speaking.
