Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. You will provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members, complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance, and provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians. Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Comfort with physical activity
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
