Requirements
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to large Airport
- Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of sales strategies and resident acquisition
