Process Engineer

AIRCO is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, as well as developing maintenance and operational procedures. The role will involve collaborating with RD&E teams, troubleshooting existing pilot plants, and implementing modifications to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing and/or maintaining pilot plants for chemical, petrochemical, or renewable processes
• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent sciences
• Expertise in pilot plant process and equipment design and down-selection of equipment within cost constraints
• Strong maintenance focused mindset with demonstrated experience in maintenance, upkeep, and operation of chemical plants or equipment
• Familiarity with equipment such as compressors, liquid pumps, mass flow controllers, flow meters, temperature, and pressure controllers
