Local Sourcing Specialist

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Local Sourcing Specialist to drive and support key procurement initiatives, including sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or any discipline of Engineering.
• A minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience is required, preferably within engineering, procurement, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
• Significant strategic procurement experience operating in a matrixed organisation.
• Significant experience in leading or implementing procurement systems will be preferable.
• Strong Business Acumen.
• Strong problem solving ability and ability to identify what resources are required to assist in delivering solutions.
• Significant relationship management and listening skills to establish strong relationships with Stakeholders.
