We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant's production processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, 2 year associates degree or certificate preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial processes
- Experience working with heavy machinery and equipment
- Ability to work safely and follow established safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on call as needed
