We are seeking a Sales Executive to contribute and grow with our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing accounts, delivering best CX & Service Level, contract management, profitability, budget management, reporting, and compliance.
Requirements
- Develop good relations with accounts at all levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical or commercial advice
- Promote and offer new products and services to add value to accounts
- Maintain trust levels with accounts and minimize claims
- Prepare correspondence related to concerns and obtain legal department approval
- Lead coordination to deliver best CX service level
- Proactively involve in annual voice of customers
- Follow up customer feedback through BAR+
- Maintain customer contracts and ensure implementation of parties' commitments
- Monitor outstanding POs and maintain blanket orders
- Ensure valid contracts and renew at least 1 year before expiry date
- Communicate force majeure events and obtain account acceptance
- Prepare canonical computations for additional investments and compare with current actual canonical
- Analyze account profitability and take actions to improve
- Ensure payment terms are applied as per contract and resolve overdue payments
- Define annual budget and update key account information
- Identify opportunities for upside and secure contracts with allocated resources
- Understand key accounts' profiles and notice anomalies
- Optimal utilization of Sales Tools program
- Regularly input CFD data for all activities related to accounts
- Report projects progress, new business, issues, and project lost in weekly meetings
- Carry out activities following standard operation procedures and HSEQ
- Follow business process and workflow procedures
- Ensure GYM objectives are actively implemented
