Executive, Procure to Pay

The Executive, Procure to Pay will be responsible for verifying and posting supplier invoices into the accounting system, maintaining interface with departmental personnel, and ensuring smooth operation of daily transactions. They will also liaise with colleagues and external parties, undertake ad-hoc duties, and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting or related field
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, result-oriented, and 'can do' attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience using Oracle is preferable
• Good command in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written
