Job Description
AirAsia X is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team to develop and manage the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) and Reliability Programme. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to ensure aircraft safety, fleet performance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field OR minimum 3 years relevant aviation technical experience
- Experience with Airbus aircraft (A330/A321) preferred
- Knowledge of AMP, reliability systems, and aviation regulatory frameworks (CAAM/EASA/FAA)
- Familiar with technical publications such as MPD, MRBR, ALS, AD/SB, CMM & other OEM manuals
- Strong analytical and technical report-writing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to support flexible hours due to operational needs
