Job Description
Uplisting is a fast-growing platform that helps hosts and operators streamline their operations and unlock growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for running high-quality qualification, discovery, demo, and negotiation conversations that drive renewable MRR. You will help property managers identify meaningful business needs and confidently connect those needs to Uplisting solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and persuade
- Demonstrated passion for sales with a hunter mentality
- Clear, confident negotiation skills
- A sharp, accountable mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
- Understanding of data and how it helps businesses make better decisions
- Experience creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process
