Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency/staffing firm or at a fast-growing start-up.
- Flexibility in approach and adaptability to changing needs.
- Service-minded with a desire to help others succeed.
- Deep understanding of AirGarage's business and hiring needs.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias towards action.
