Airgas is hiring an Account Executive in Shreveport, LA and Monroe, LA to manage and grow key client relationships in the welding and industrial gases sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of strategic client partnerships and a hunter mentality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven track record of strategic client partnerships
• Hunter mentality
• Ability to have tough conversations with executive levels of customers
• Understanding of welding processes, industrial gases, and hard goods
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
