Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in producing and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases cylinders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and company policies, procedures, regulations and laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of metrics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate a fork-lift
