Plant Operator

Airgas is hiring a Plant Operator in Waukesha, WI. The Plant Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment for the handling and production of packaged gas cylinders, both for high pressure and liquefied gasses. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets, and ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in a manufacturing operation, filling or loading experience preferred
• Strong background in gas, welding and safety supply industry or chemical industry preferred
