AirOps is building a platform and profession that will empower a million marketers to become modern leaders as AI reshapes how brands reach their audiences. We're looking for a Talent Density Engineer to own outbound sourcing, role promotion, and the buildout of our AI-powered sourcing pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical, growth, business development, recruiting, or engineering role (or former founder)
- Familiarity with sourcing and growth tools like Clay, Juicebox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Expandi, or equivalent
- Consistently exceeded performance expectations (pipeline generation, sourcing, growth)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a high-growth startup environment
- Curiosity and passion for applying AI to solve hard problems
