The role involves leading high-impact onboarding projects and strategic initiatives that connect business goals to measurable marketing outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or marketing management within SaaS, CRM, or marketing technology environments
- Proven track record leading cross-functional customer projects combining technical implementation and marketing strategy
- Strong customer lifecycle marketing expertise with ability to map data, use cases, and campaigns to business objectives
- Strategic translation abilities - convert business goals into technical and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across customer-facing, technical, and internal teams in fast-paced environments
- Workshop facilitation experience with structured customer engagements, executive check-ins, and success reviews
- Analytical and organizational excellence - manage details while maintaining strategic focus
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate strategic project delivery — including building customer experience mock-ups, crafting strategic narratives, and enhancing presentation quality.
