Global Workplace Experience Specialist

We're looking for a Global Workplace Experience Specialist to oversee daily office operations, manage seating plans and access cards, coordinate vendors, and support office logistics. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in workplace or facility management, with a strong track record in logistics, procurement, and office infrastructure.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Romanian/Ukrainian is a plus
• 4+ years in workplace, office, or facility management, including 2+ years in a regional or global role
• Proven experience managing vendors and services across multiple countries with focus on cost-efficiency and quality
• Willingness to travel to our offices across different locations as needed
• Strong track record in logistics, procurement, maintenance, and office infrastructure
• Experience working cross-functionally to support smooth operations
• Comfortable managing remote operations across diverse cultures and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize across time zones and locations
• Proactive problem-solver with a global mindset for process improvement
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
