Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive enterprise growth in the AMER East region. This role involves leading regional marketing programs, building relationships with sales teams, and owning the marketing strategy for a dedicated regional team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building pipeline, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience within enterprise software/SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently hitting pipeline targets
- Experience running account-based programs, executive roundtables, webinars, and both virtual and in-person events
- Data-driven decision-making using analytics (Salesforce, Salesforce Navigator, Looker, event management platforms) and proficiency in Salesforce
- Budget management experience and ROI tracking
- Adaptability to high-growth environments
