Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of their Finance technology ecosystem. The role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing core Finance applications, integrating financial data, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern SaaS systems, data integration, and AI-driven innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems, Business Systems, or ERP implementation/management roles, ideally within high-growth technology companies.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Financials, including design, configuration, and optimization of modules.
- Deep knowledge of financial processes and systems (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, and Record to Report).
- Strong understanding of new and emerging Workday platform offerings.
- Solid experience with other SaaS systems such as Navan, Stripe, Salesforce, FloQast, Avalara, Auditoria, High Radius, Xactly, CaptivateIQ etc.
