Job Description
Airtasker is seeking a Claims Administrator to resolve insurance claims and damage reports, build scalable processes, and ensure fair settlements. This role will work closely with insurance assessors, insurance providers, and internal teams, requiring strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Requirements
- Deep knowledge of insurance claims, from investigation to settlement
- Solid grasp of customer support best practices

- Experience in claims management (property claims preferred)
