Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to join their growing data centre company in APJ. This role will involve managing critical infrastructure, leading a team, and ensuring high uptime and compliance with SLAs. The company is expanding rapidly, backed by significant investor investment.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in facilities or operations management
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Electrical or mechanical trade background or degree
- Ability to establish and review Method of Procedure documents
- Experienced in managing third party service providers
- Experience with Customer Portals, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
