Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join their APJ operations team in Hong Kong. The role involves supervising facilities and support to build systems, ensuring uptime, security, and compliance. The TSM will collaborate with the senior technical service manager to achieve objectives, oversee facility operation, and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mechanical and electrical experience in data centres
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Ability to establish and review document conventions
- Experience with Customer Portals, BMS, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Experience with fire service installation and maintenance
