Job Description
Aiven is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Customer Growth team. The role involves building and maintaining support systems for customers, providing expert technical assistance with databases, and contributing to automation tooling. Aiven focuses on data and AI platforms to empower companies to accelerate time-to-market and build innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience as Support Engineer/Testing/Specialist
- Strong Linux and Networking skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of databases and open-source technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, OpenSearch)
- Experience with public clouds (AWS, Google, Azure)
- Participate in a weekend on-call rotation
