Job Description
Ajaib Quality Engineering is seeking a QA Engineer to build and evolve testing frameworks and automation for developers working on their Fintech solutions. The role involves overseeing end-to-end testing, collaborating with engineers and product visionaries, and contributing to building high-quality and scalable systems. This position focuses on making testing easier and leading the entire testing process, not just focusing on end-to-end testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA professional
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing QA teams
- Strong background in QA strategy development
- Proven experience with QA automation tools (WebDriverIO, Cypress, Katalon, Robot Framework)
- Solid knowledge of API testing (Postman), database tools (DB Beaver), and shell scripting
- Proficiency with Git/version control and project management tools (JIRA, Asana)
- Ability to design and oversee test plans, automation pipelines, and QA best practices
- Strong expertise in testing cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX), including order books, trading mechanics, wallets, and security flows
- Hands-on experience with mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership in building, mentoring, and guiding QA teams
