Requirements

• Administration, support, and optimization of information and network systems, computer equipment, and services in the organization.
• Providing technical support to users, including resolving their requests and issues.
• Implementing and updating new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Interaction with other departments and teams to ensure best IT practices and solve joint tasks and projects.
• Monitoring system work, identifying and resolving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
