Requirements
- Manage full recruitment cycle for various positions (Embedded, C++, Java, iOS, Android, Hardware, Mechanical, Python, QA, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shape CVs and familiarize with job markets
- Create and publish job postings on job boards and professional networks
- Analyze recruitment trends and develop recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidate skills and soft skills
- Successfully close senior-level vacancies
