Management Assistent

We are looking for a dedicated assistant for the M&A department in our Eindhoven office. You will provide excellent administrative and organizational support to the lawyers, so they can focus on their legal work. You will take the initiative and bring structure to the department, contributing to a pleasant work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Punctuality and ability to set priorities
• Ability to function well in a hectic environment
• Expertise in MS Office and/or Microsoft 365
• Excellent Dutch and good English language skills
• Experience in a secretarial role
• Familiarity with the legal profession (not necessary)
