Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, building engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing renovation/rehabilitation projects for existing residential or commercial buildings.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and site practices.
