Construction Project Manager

Lead complex renovation and rehabilitation projects for residential buildings while contributing to the improvement of the built heritage in a structured, stable, and international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, building engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in managing renovation/rehabilitation projects for existing residential or commercial buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and site practices.
