Property Manager

Akelius is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings, responsible for effectively managing the buildings and maintaining relationships with residents and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three plus years of experience as residential property manager
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and able to confidently make decisions
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing tasks
• Excellent working knowledge of the RTA and landlord/tenant relationship
• Strong understanding of building systems
• Proven ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians and onsite staff
• Proficient use of MS Office and Yardi Voyager application software
