Process Production Operator

Aker BioMarine is a leading biotechnology company developing krill-derived products for consumer health and wellness and animal nutrition. We are looking for a Production Operator to perform all aspects of the production process, including material handling, equipment operations, and quality control.

Requirements

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Operates process equipment, including valves, pumps, and heat exchangers
• Performs process rounds, collects operating parameter data, and troubleshoots abnormal conditions
• Collects and analyzes in-process samples, and collaborates with Quality Control to ensure product specifications are met
• Records data during operation of production line, including reporting all waste
• Follows production operations via screen (User Interface system)
• Completes production documents (work order WO, weights, self-checks, etc.)
• Implements the right raw material with the adequate quantity (according to WO and Production Lead)
• Ensures samples are according to internal Safety Operating procedure (SOP)
• Works closely with QC (Quality Control) to assure conformity of product to customer requirements
